In praise of wind.

"Sirr yerumbhai paar,

yathanai siriyadhu!

adharkulle kai ,kaal, vaai, vayuru yell,

avvaiyangalum kannak kaga vai itthiruikkiradhu."

Look at the tiny ant.

How small it is!

In this tiny frame it has legs, hands, mouth, stomach and all organs in perfect proportions!

"yaar vaithanar?Mahasakthi.

andha uruppugal yellam neraaghave thozhil,

seigindrana."

Who has made all this possible?Mahashakthi.

All those organs work perfectly.

"Yerrumbu unnughiradhu, uranghu kindradhu, manam seidhu,

Kollkindradhu--kuzhandai perughiradhu, vodughiradhu,

Thedhugiradhu. Por seighiradhu. Naadu kaikkiradhu"

The ant eats,sleeps,and marries,

Begets children, runs, searches.Wages wars.Andprotects its territory!

"idharikku yellam kaatru dhaan aadhaaram,

Mahashakthi kaatrai kondu dhan ,

ooir vilayaittu vilayadukindral,

Kaatrai padughinrom. "

All this is possible only due to air.

Mahashakthi plays the game of life through air!

Praise be to thee air.

"Akkudhu arivileh thunivagha nirpadhu:

ullathil viruippu, veruippu gal avadhu,

ooirile ooir thanaga nirpadhu,

velliulaghaithile adhan seighai naam arivom,

naam arivadhilai.

Kaarru devan vazhga! "

It is the courage in intelligence,

It is the desire and aversions within one,

It is the life within life,

Its actions are known as well as unknown in the outside world,

Long live ,The god of wind.
