Some misconceptions.

In South if a person is decently dressed i .e in pant, suit and shoes he is expected to know and speak English and he does. Up North a person may be dressed stylishly, suit boot and all but would stare blankly at you if you pose a question in English. He will reply only in Hindi because he would know only Hindi . In North dress doesn't determine English speaking capacity of a person.

To most North Indians all people living in South are 'Madrassis' and all are black .They are totally ignorant of other 3 states and their distinct languages and that most people in South are brown and dark brown and that' blackies' are few and far between .
